Student action group helps to protect bird population
Turnbull, a leading garden and building supplies merchant in Sleaford, has renewed its commitment to the Robert Carre Trust Environmental Society (RCTES), an action group based at Carre’s Grammar School.
RCTES is a group of passionate young conservationists who work towards connecting the community with wildlife.

It is hoped the boxes, built by RCTES, will have a positive impact on the bird population.
The free boxes will be distributed in the community. During breeding season, RCTES members hope to survey the boxes to find out which birds are nesting in them.
An annual report will be created crediting businesses and organisations who have supported the scheme.
