Town topic: Festival Hall now back up and running as a covid-secure venue
During lockdown, the Town Council utilised the opportunity provided by the closure to undertake internal decoration and repairs, including substantial refurbishment of the wooden floor to ensure that when the Hall reopened it was not only safe for use but also provided the best possible standards to hirers.
Extensive work has been undertaken by council officers to ensure that the Festival Hall can be safely used during the current pandemic and that both hirers and staff are protected in line with all government recommendations.
