Nettleton hot shots raise money for Candles charity
A sponsored shoot at Nettleton Shooting Lodge raised a total of £1,168.92 which was gratefully received by the registered charity Candles, which supports cancer research.
Candles has been in existence since 2001 when Pam Connock MBE and Dyllys Firth, both cancer survivors, made a commitment to raise £50,000 to support the research led by Professor Eremin into new treatments.
That target was reached in just 20 months and the charity has now raised more than £1million.
