Caistor: Memorial copse and plaque planted for World War One
The plaque is part of the ongoing project to plant more trees in the community while remembering those who fought in the First World War.
The copse will be added to over the next three years until 2018 when it is hoped to have about 40 trees planted on the site in total.

Hide AdThe Caistor in Bloom group recently held judging in their local gardens competition and will be judging again on 10th August, this time in their Best Edible Garden competition, which is sponsored by Lincolnshire Co-operative.
The East Midlands in Bloom Awards are at Rutland Water on 16th September.
The next scheduled Big Tidy Up Day for the village is on 3rd October from 10am to 2pm.
