Landlords invited to attend event

A free legal update seminar for landlords is being hosted by lettings agents Belvoir! at The Bentley Hotel, South Hykeham, on Thursday March 30.

Running from 7-9pm, the event is free to attend and the Private Sector Housing team from North Kesteven District Council will be in attendance and able to answer any questions, give information on what they do and how they can help.

This seminar will be led by industry expert Paul Collins and there will be a presentation by Lincoln MP Karl McCartney.

Topics at the event will be legal changes, accounting and tax changes.
