Building society collects food for Louth Community Larder
On the back of the success of the collection and the branch’s relationship with local charities the team are now acting as a drop-off point for different items. Instead of food, the branch are collecting clothing and blankets that will be redistributed to those most in need.
The collection is part of ‘Operation Safe Winter’ that will collect blankets, clothes, rucksacks and other items which can be used to help people keep warm throughout winter.

Claire Ravenscroft, manager of N&P’s Louth branch said: “We are proud to be able to offer our branch premises as a drop-off point and to do our part to try and aid those most in need in our local area.
“We have been so happy to see just how many of our customers and residents of the town have wanted to add to the collection and we hope they will continue to help us as we push on to collect even more.”
Anybody wishing to make a donation to the collection at the Louth branch of N&P can call in and speak to a member of the team between 9am and 5pm, from Monday to Friday.
